There’s also CRAC, TRAC, and TREAC.

I could go on, but won’t.

And instead of explaining it to you in writing now, I’m working on finishing a fictional model “Memo” for you that illustrates the basic structure.

I’m holding myself accountable by telling you this, so my model will be far from perfect, but I do think it will help a lot more than an explanation.

👉 Legal writing takes a REALLY LONG time. Much, much longer than you expect.

And this is your very, very first time writing such a big analysis.

PLEASE budget your time.
