Coaching and Educational Services — Not the Practice of Law

Effective Date: 2026-05-14

Please read this Disclaimer carefully before using this website or purchasing any service. By accessing this website or purchasing any service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the following.

Who We Are

Amanda Haverstick, Esq., is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of Pennsylvania. She also owns and operates Writing Law Tutors LLC, which provides legal coaching, legal education, legal writing, and professional development services. When acting in that capacity, Amanda Haverstick serves solely as a coach and educator — not as your attorney. The fact that she holds a law license is disclosed here for transparency. It does not change the nature of the services offered through this website, nor does it make those services legal services.

These Services Are Not the Practice of Law

Everything offered on this website — including courses, coaching sessions, webinars, workshops, written materials, videos, newsletters, and other content — is educational and coaching in nature. None of it constitutes the practice of law. Writing Law Tutors LLC and Amanda Haverstick, Esq. do not provide legal advice specific to your situation, represent you in any legal matter, draft, review, or prepare legal documents on your behalf, or advise you on whether to pursue, settle, or abandon a legal claim. If you need any of those services, you must hire a licensed attorney in the appropriate jurisdiction who can properly advise you based on the facts of your specific situation.

No Attorney-Client Relationship Is Created

Utilizing this website, subscribing to a program, participating in a coaching session, exchanging electronic mail messages, or engaging in any other written or verbal interactions with us does not establish an attorney-client relationship. This remains applicable irrespective of the content you share or the nature of our exchanges. Absent an attorney-client relationship, the attorney-client privilege does not safeguard your communications with us. The legal duty of confidentiality owed by attorneys to their clients is not in effect here. The fiduciary responsibilities and conflict-of- interest regulations that oversee legal practice are not applicable in this context. Standards for professional malpractice do not pertain.

An attorney-client relationship can be formed only through a separate written engagement agreement signed by both parties that expressly creates the relationship. Purchasing a coaching program or an educational course through this website does not constitute an agreement or create that relationship.

Everything Here Is General Information Only

All content on this website — articles, blog posts, videos, podcasts, course materials, templates, checklists, and anything shared during a coaching session — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not legal advice and should not be treated as such. It may not reflect the most current developments in the law, may not apply in your jurisdiction, and may not account for exceptions or nuances that matter in your specific situation. Laws change, and we cannot guarantee that any content remains current or accurate after publication.

If you rely on anything from this website or from our services to make a legal decision without first consulting a licensed attorney, you do so entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for the consequences of that choice.

We Cannot Promise You Any Particular Result

Coaching and education can be genuinely valuable, but outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — including your effort, circumstances, goals, market conditions, and the decisions you make along the way. We do not guarantee that working with us will lead to a specific income level, career advancement, course grade, bar passage, business growth, or any other particular outcome. Any stories, testimonials, or examples of results you see on this website reflect the experiences of specific individuals and do not promise that you will achieve the same. Individual results will vary.

A Note on Jurisdiction

We provide coaching and educational services to clients regardless of their location. However, we do not intend to practice law in any jurisdiction through these services, nor should this be interpreted as such. If you are in a jurisdiction where receiving these services might raise concerns regarding the unauthorized practice of law, it is your responsibility to seek advice from a qualified local attorney prior to engaging with us.

Professional Rules Still Apply to the Attorney

Amanda Haverstick remains subject to the professional responsibility rules of every jurisdiction where she is licensed. Those rules govern her conduct as an attorney. They do not, however, transform coaching or educational services into legal services, nor do they create an attorney-client relationship between you and Amanda Haverstick. If any service you request would require the Attorney to act as your lawyer, we will decline to provide it in that capacity.

A Word About Our Communications

We use email, video calls, messaging platforms, and online course tools in connection with our services. None of these communications is protected by the attorney-client privilege, and they may not be fully secure. Please do not share sensitive personal or legal information through these channels.

Our Liability Is Limited

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, or otherwise — arising from your use of this website or our services, including any harm resulting from your reliance on anything here as legal advice or from your decision not to hire a licensed attorney for a legal matter. If you are dissatisfied with anything on this website or with any service, your remedy is to stop using the website or the service.

Your Responsibility

By using this website and our services, you agree to take responsibility for your decisions and to hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your treating anything here as legal advice, your failure to hire qualified legal counsel when you needed it, or any legal matter you pursued or abandoned based on educational content you received from us.

If You Need a Lawyer

If you have a legal problem that needs professional attention, please contact a licensed attorney in your area. You can find one through your state bar association's lawyer referral service, the American Bar Association's lawyer locator at www.americanbar.org, or your local legal aid organization if you qualify for free assistance.

Updates and Contact

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continuing to use this website after an update indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
