Dear Legal Writer, Hi! Here’s the before & after from my big day presenting in Chicago.

BEFORE: I was NERVOUS before presenting this morning.

AFTER: It went really well.

Here’s what we ended up talking about:

— Six sins to edit out of every document

It was a great group of first-year associates. They asked good questions, laughed with me, and seemed genuinely engaged.

And now Matt and I are out walking around Chicago. We just stumbled upon Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. So pretty.
