Research the lawyer way

When you find a case with facts and issues similar to those in your spring LRW assignment:

Pull the underlying briefs from the real-life lawyers from the cases.

These lawyers were discussing the EXACT SAME issues you have to write about in your brief.

—> Use their citations to help hone the rest of your research.
—> Notice how they structure their legal analysis.
—> Pick up on how they put words together.
—> Learn their transition phrases.
—> Copy their cadence.
—> Mimic their style.

Don’t write your spring brief alone.
Do it the way lawyers have done all along.

You are training to become a lawyer, aren’t you?
So, start training yourself!
